Buffalo Grove Deputy Police Chief Presents at Road to Resilience Seminar in Chicago

The Buffalo Grove Police Department has taken a proactive approach to improving and maintaining police officer's mental health over the past several years.

On Friday, August 16, 2019, Deputy Chief Scott Eisenmenger gave a vital and informative presentation while at the 'Road to Resilience' seminar in Chicago; he spoke about the importance of leaders, and departments, supporting their officers in times of distress.

Eisenmenger has been the main proponent for the start-up of the Peer Support Team at the Village of Buffalo Grove, and is the Crisis Team coordinator, in addition to his many other duties.

Congratulations for a job well done to Deputy Chief Eisenmenger, in addition to the entire Buffalo Grove Police Department!
