Tee it up for Geneva Community Chest's 16th annual charity golf outing Aug. 26

Calling all golfers and duffers!

The Geneva Community Chest will host its 16th annual Charity Golf Outing Monday, Aug. 26, at Eagle Brook Country Club, 2288 Fargo Blvd. in Geneva.

Last year, more than 125 golfers came out and had a great time in support of the 29 local charities the Geneva Community Chest serves.

The event is open to the public and has been generously supported by our donors, sponsors, charities and local residents.

Eagle Brook is a beautiful, private championship 18-hole golf course. The putting green and driving range will be available during registration beginning at 9 a.m. Tee off time for this best ball/scramble event is 10 a.m., with a shotgun start, lunch during golf, a reception and a pig roast dinner. If golf is not your thing, a dinner-only option is available. There will be silent and live auctions with vacation getaways, local restaurant giveaways and games and raffles on the course. Sponsor opportunities are still available.

This event is sponsored in large part by USG Corporation and Baird Warner Realtor-Megan Reno and presented by the Geneva Community Chest.

To sign up, visit www.GCCcharitygolf.com.

Cost is 165 per golfer; $60 for dinner only.
