Elmhurst Hospital Foundation planning Autumn Affair

The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation's 15th annual Autumn Affair will be Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, 120 E. Delaware Place in Chicago.

The event begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and a silent auction, followed by dinner, dancing and a live auction. The gala is the foundation's largest fundraiser of the year and supports Elmhurst Hospital programs and services.

A portion of the event proceeds will support the hospital's high-tech, patient-centered technology advancements that align with Edward-Elmhurst Health's "Safe, seamless, and personal" initiative.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, tickets can be purchased, and individuals and businesses can donate items for the silent and live auctions.

In addition, the gala will feature a "Best of Vine Drawing" ($25 for one chance, $100 for five chances). The winner will take home 15 select bottles of wine, with a minimum $500 package value.

For information about purchasing tickets, participating in the raffle, becoming a sponsor or donating items for the auctions, visit www.emhfoundation.org/autumnaffair, or contact the foundation at (331) 221-0388.

Founded in 1980, the foundation offers many giving opportunities and annual special events designed to support the hospital's programs and facilities, including the Autumn Affair, Hope Lives Here Luncheon, Chef Fest, Reindeer Route Housewalk and Love Lights program.
