Share memories of Santa's Village at historical society meeting July 28

Christmas is coming early this year.

Celebrate with the Dundee Township Historical Society and hear the story of Santa's Village at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 28.

Guest speaker Phillip Wenz will share the "History and Memories of Santa's Village." His presentation will give us a behind-the-scenes view of the "Village" as well as a look at some of the original artifacts and rare historic photos. Hear about the old days when Santa first came to spend his summers in East Dundee and share memories from the old village.

Wenz, aka Santa from Santa's Village, has been the jolly symbol for over 30 years. His publication about the "Village" will be available for purchase.

There will be presents under the tree, cookies on the plate, candy in the jar and music in the air.
