Hillbilly Rockstarz release their first original album titled Feels Like Home at Elgin Ribfest

Elgin band Hillbilly Rockstarz recently released their first original album titled "Feels Like Home."

Hillbilly Rockstarz founded in 2006 as a country rock cover band, best known for their high energy and spot on renditions of covers. The band has released their long-awaited first original album.

Produced by fellow musician and friend Richie Hoffher of 7th Heaven, the new EP promises to give you feel good vibes and party anthems.

After a stop in Nashville for CMA Fest for fanfare on June 7, the band who plays on stages across the country will bring their album release to where it all began in their hometown of Elgin on Friday, June 14.

Join the band at Elgin RibFest in Festival Park for the official CD release party from 9 to 11 p.m. Friday, June 14.
