Fundraiser for Huntington's disease March 30 in Arlington Heights

The Illinois Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America will host its "Spring Fling" fundraiser from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Arlington Lakes Golf Club, 1221 S. New Wilke Road in Arlington Heights.

The casual attire event includes dancing, music and optional team trivia, as well as late-night bites and a cash bar.

The $50-per-person admission cost is fully tax deductible.

Huntington's disease is a fatal genetic disorder that causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain. The HDSA is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of everyone affected by it.
