Judson Theatre to perform 'Complete Works of William Shakespeare'

Judson's Theatre Department will present "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare" March 14-16.

The spring production will take place in the Thulin Auditorium of Thompson Hall at Judson University's Elgin campus, 1151 N. State St. Performances will be at 7 p.m. Thursday to Sunday, with a matinee performance at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The comedy combines all of Shakespeare's plays into one production, which will be directed by Judson alum Jesse Sault, Class of 2012.

Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite at jutheatreshakes.eventbrite.com.

Tickets are $5 for students, faculty, and staff; $10 for seniors and alumni; $10 for groups of 10 ore more; and $12 for general admission.

Judson University's theater program includes a full season of shows, including both plays and musicals. Past directors have included Judson professors, Judson theater alumni, and professional theater guests. Judson theater productions are open to the community.
