Grayslake-based Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. Among Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Finalists Four Years Running

Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA) received its fourth consecutive nomination for the 31st Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards in the category of Consulting Engineer of the Year. EEA was also the civil engineering consultant on all four projects up for the Development of the Year – Multi-family award: 727 West Madison, AM 1980, Old Town Park Phase 1 and SPOKE.

“In the span of our firm's 23-year history, it's been an honor to work with Chicago's talent-rich community of design professionals, architects and real estate developers on mixed-use, retail and other developments,” said Mike Renner, vice president and urban redevelopment leader at EEA. “Our team is honored to participate in this important industry event supporting the Greater Chicago Food Depository.”

EEA was selected as one of four finalists for the category of Consulting Engineer of the Year. All nominations are reviewed and selected by the designated Blue Ribbon Panel. Winners will be announced at the event held on Thursday, March 14 at the Hilton Chicago.
