Grinch Candy Cane Hunt comes to Hampshire Dec. 15

Ella Johnson Memorial Public Library and the Hampshire Park District invite you to the Grinch Candy Cane Hunt at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15.

The Grinch discovered that Santa's elves have hidden candy canes along with some special candy canes at Seyller Park.

 

The Grinch is planning to find all of candy canes and turn them green!

To get this event started, they will be reading "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" inside at the park district. Next head outside to find all the candy canes hidden at Seyller Park.

After the candy canes are found come inside to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa, some yummy treats and a picture with the Grinch. Prizes will be handed out to those who find the special candy canes. Dress for the weather, event will go on rain, snow or shine.It is free but children must preregister at the park district or online at www.hampshireparkdistrict.org by Wednesday, Dec. 12.
