Grayslake-based Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. receives Engineering Firm of the Year Nomination

Grayslake-based Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. (EEA) was nominated by the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, as a finalist for the 2018 Awards for excellence in the category of Engineering Firm of the Year.

The civil engineering, traffic and parking, and landscape architecture firm received the nomination for its work on the Ridge BC II industrial warehouse in Bartlett, 2119 Fisher Drive speculative warehouse in Naperville, and The Sinclair, a mixed-use development situated next to the Red Line Clark/Division subway station in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood.

"We are fortunate to team with some of the most talented real estate developers and architects in Chicago," said EEA Vice President and Commercial Market Leader Mike Renner. "Our best work is not visible in Chicago's ever-changing skyline, but it provides a strong foundation and functionality needed for every successful project. In both our designs and relationships, we take pride in building this trust and producing quality work with those well-respected in our region."

The NAIOP Awards for Excellence finalists are selected by a nominations committee comprised of local real estate professionals.

Awards dinner attendees will vote live for winners in 13 categories at the event on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Navy Pier Grand Ballroom.
