Palatine Park District to Celebrate Customer Appreciation Week Beginning October 1
A celebration of community customers will take place at Palatine Park District recreation centers and other facilities beginning Monday, Oct. 1 through Saturday, Oct. 6. Community members are invited to enter free raffles and participate in a fun guessing contest. Winners will receive prizes at the at the conclusion of the weeklong celebration.
Participating facilities include Birchwood Recreation Center, Community Center, Falcon Park Recreation Center, Palatine Hills Golf Course and Palatine Stables. Visit palatineparks.org for facility details and directions.
Stop by any of the participating district facilities and show a staff member that you are following Palatine Park District on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or have downloaded the district's all-new mobile app to receive a free raffle ticket. At the end of the week, there will be a drawing at each facility for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate.

Guess the number of items in our guessing jars throughout the week. A different jar of items will be on display at each participating facility for a total of five separate drawings. The patron who guesses closest to the number of actual items in the jar will receive a special Palatine Park District swag bag filled with goodies for themselves.
On Tuesday, Oct. 2, Community Center will host an Open Gym Basketball Open House from 4-7 p.m. Attendees will have the chance to enter a raffle to win a new Wilson Evolution Basketball. On Thursday, Oct. 4, come out to Birchwood Recreation Center from noon to 3 p.m. for a Pickleball Appreciation Day. A new Pickleball racket will be raffled off to eligible participants. Free bottled water and snacks will be available for both open house events.
