New lateral partner, associate join Swanson, Martin & Bell LLP

CHICAGO - Nov. 10, 2017 - Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes a lateral partner and lateral associate to the firm.

Partner Patrick G. Cooke joins Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP's Chicago office. Mr. Cooke focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, as well as appeals in federal and state courts around the country. Mr. Cooke received his J.D. in 1995 from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. in 1989 from the University of Notre Dame. He previously practiced at Emerson & Elder, P.C. in Chicago.

Associate Jordan C. Olejniczak joins the firm's Lisle, Illinois office. He focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, environmental litigation, insurance, product liability, and general trial practice. Mr. Olejniczak received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2014 from Northern Illinois University College of Law and his B.S. in 2009 from Northern Illinois University. He was previously at The Collins Law Firm in Naperville, Illinois.
