Donate to Toys for Tots in Bartlett through Dec. 8

The Bartlett Fire Protection District and Auto Truck Group announced Thursday they would again be teaming up to participate in the Marine Corps Christmas Toys for Tots collection program as they have since 2010.

If you would like to bring hope to a needy child, simply donate any new, unwrapped toy - large or small - at any of four locations through Dec. 8.

The only types of toys that won't be accepted are stuffed animals and toy weapons.

The donation times and locations are Auto Truck Group, 1420 Brewster Creek Blvd. in Bartlett between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or any Bartlett fire station between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. every day.

The three fire stations are at 234 N. Oak Ave., 501 Struckman Blvd. and 1575 W. Bartlett Road in Bartlett.
