Sponsor a tree for 'Evergreen Holidays' Dec. 3

The North Aurora River District Alliance will once again host "Evergreen Holidays," a holiday tradition with roasted chestnuts, a cookie walk hosted by North Aurora Mothers Club, children's choirs from Fearn, Goodwin and Schneider elementary schools and more.

Attendees can stroll along the scenic Riverfront Park adorned with 30 lighted evergreens and warm up with some hot chocolate and popcorn. This free event is the perfect family kickoff for the holiday season!

"Evergreen Holidays" will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at Riverfront Park on the north side of State Street, just west of the village hall.
