Windy City Bulls defeat Wisconsin in G League

The Windy City Bulls, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, beat the Wisconsin Herd 110-102 Saturday night. Windy City was led by Chicago Bulls assignment guard Dalen Terry with 25 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists.

Chicago Bulls two-way forward Adama Sanogo scored 20 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. Forward Henri Drell and guard Quenton Jackson finished with 14 points each.

The Bulls jumped out to an 11-point lead at the end of the first quarter after shooting 64.7 percent from the field to start the game. Terry scored 12 points in the first half to help Windy City to a 58-49 lead at halftime.

The Herd battled back to make it a 1-point game heading into the final 12 minutes. Windy City scored 34 points in the fourth quarter to seal an 8-point win over Wisconsin.

The Bulls dominated in the paint, scoring 60 points compared to the Herd's 38 points in the paint. Windy City forced 27 Wisconsin turnovers, 10 of them being in the fourth quarter.

Wisconsin was led by Milwaukee Bucks Two-way guard Lindell Wigginton who finished with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Elijah Hughes had 19 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists.

With the win Windy City improved to 7-4 in the regular season, while Wisconsin fell to 4-6.

Windy City will host the Motor City Cruise at home on Sunday. The game is slated to tip off at 5 p.m. and will be broadcasted live on NBAGLeague.com.
