York's defense came ready to play Friday in Hinsdale.

Cole Ostendorf had seven tackles including a pair of sacks and forced fumble. Jack Trautmann added seven tackles, including a sack, and the Dukes boxed up Hinsdale Central 38-10.

York (5-0, 2-0) limited Hinsdale Central (1-4, 0-2) to 58 rushing yards and 218 total yards.

Meanwhile, the Dukes offense was in high gear with 467 yards of offense on 210 passing yards and 257 rushing yards. Sean Winton accounted for 196 of that on 7-of-11 passing with two touchdowns. Jake Melion had 10 carries for 213 yards and three touchdowns. Chris Danko came up with three receptions for 102 yards and a touchdown while Luke Mailander also had three catches for 82 yards and a score.

Downers Grove North 38, Oak Park 6:

Owen Lansu threw for 153 yards and two touchdowns while Jake Gregorio had a 71-yard touchdown run as the Trojans (5-0, 3-0) rolled in Oak Park.

Downers Grove South 34, Morton 0:

Downers Grove South (2-3, 2-0) overcame a slow start and then pulled away behind Will Potter, who threw for three touchdowns and ran for another. Potter threw a 25-yard pass to Fraja Magritte, a 25-yard pass to Cameron Kasper, a four-yard pass to Max Cherep and ran for a two-yard touchdown. He also threw a conversion pass. Ernie Monaco added a 43-yard touchdown run.

Willowbrook 37, Hinsdale South 34:

Willowbrook (3-2, 2-1) got a huge night from AJ Palicki. The senior was 18-of-25 for 322 yards and three touchdowns. He also had 22 carries for 134 yards and two touchdowns. KJ Rhodes had 8 receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown while Marty Anfinson and Charlie Siegler also had touchdown receptions.

Manteno 55, Lisle 7:

Lisle (1-4, 0-3), which is banged up physically, got a touchdown pass from freshman quarterback Nolan Ashmore to Clayton Hicks.

Waubonsie Valley 28, Metea Valley 0:

Chrisjan Simmons had 19 carries for 119 yards and three touchdowns as Waubonsie (3-2, 1-1) rolled. Metea Valley is now 0-5, 0-2.

Montini 35, Marian Catholic 26:

Gaetano Carbonara threw four touchdown passes as the Broncos (5-0) remained unbeaten. Carbonara threw touchdown passes to Alex Mare, Santino Florio, JoJo James and George Asay. Mare also had an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Addison Trail 42, Proviso East 12:

Addison Trail (3-2, 2-2) matched the total number of wins the Blazers have had the last three years combined as they rolled over Proviso East.

Lake Park 24, St. Charles East 7:

It was a great homecoming for Lake Park (3-2, 1-2). Declan Fortuna broke the 100-yard mark for the fifth time this season and rushed for a pair of touchdowns. Sophomore quarterback George Tzamouranis connected with Matt Rodriguez for a touchdown.

The Lake Park defense led by Nick Cairo, Armand Voloder, Anthony Marchese, Nate De La Rosa and Dominic Pitello came up strong. Pitello and Marchese both forced turnovers. St. Charles East (1-4, 1-2) scored on a touchdown pass from Mac Paul to Sheko Gjokaj.

Wheaton Academy 48, St. Edward 0:

Brett Kasper (11-of-12 passing, 132 yards) fired a pair of touchdowns as Wheaton Academy (4-1, 2-1) rolled over St. Edward (0-5, 0-3). Greyson Kelly had a pair of touchdowns while Gino Spinelli had 70 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Huntley 34, Hampshire 7:

Braylon Bower threw for a pair of touchdowns and ran for another for Huntley (4-1, 4-1). Bower was a perfect 9-for-9 passing for 142 yards and added another 75 yards on the ground. Haiden Janke rushed for 110 yards on 21 carries and had a touchdown. Bryce Walker ran for a touchdown and caught a touchdown pass while Omare Segarra ran for a touchdown for the Red Raiders. Hampshire (1-4, 1-4) got a big day from Cole Klawikowski who had 34 carries for 174 yards and a touchdown.

Jacobs 55, Dundee Crown 26:

Jacobs (2-3, 2-3): Caden Dumelle helped Jacobs ground Dundee-Crown. Dumelle had 13 carries for 252 yards and four touchdowns for the Eagles, who rushed for 484 yards. Tyvon Boddie had 8 carries for 111 yards, Joey Scrivani gained 66 yards while Matthew Scardina had 37 yards and a touchdown. Boddie also had an 86-yard kickoff return.

Torrion Bell caught a pair of touchdown passes from Zach Randl for Dundee-Crown (1-4, 1-4). Bell also threw a touchdown pass to Griffan Gatenby. Terrion Spencer opened the game for the Chargers with a 97-yard kickoff return.

St. Rita 42, Marmion 0:

Marmion (2-3) had a tough trip to St. Rita (4-1). Jacob Sullivan rushed for 63 yards and threw for 71 for the Cadets.
