Clubhouse Chatter: You could be on a winning flight home. Which one?

What the sports staff has to say now that the games have resumed.

The Bears Super Bowl XX victory over New England. Although I'm sure my 15-year-old self would have learned quite a few colorful words and phrases during the trip.

Give me a seat with the 1985 Bears. So many big personalities. I've got to think that would be one wild ride home.

- John Lemon

I would want to be on the flight back from Los Angeles after the Bulls first NBA championship win in 1991. Just pure joy and happiness to finally win it and probably not much of the drama that we saw in "The Last Dance."

- Patricia Babcock McGraw

The flight home is a no-brainer, the Cubs' after the 2016 World Series victory in Cleveland. A train would be more fun, though.

- Dave Oberhelman

It would NOT have been after any Bulls championship win. Michael would have wanted all $4 in my wallet. I'll take the Cubs' flight home from Cleveland after Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. (John) Lackey, (Jon) Lester ... I gotta party with you, cowboys.

- Joe Aguilar

The Cubs' flight back from Cleveland in 2016 had to be off the charts. They lost an eighth-inning lead, sat through a torturous rain delay, rallied in the top of the 10th and held off another Cleveland comeback to win the franchise's first World Series in 108 years. The pressure release must have been something.
