Boys golf: Sweet-swinging Sisk helps Grayslake Central past North
Michael Sisk earned medalist honors with a 38 to lead Grayslake Central's boys golf team to a victory over Grayslake North in Northern Lake County Conference action at Renwood Golf Course on Tuesday.
Tyler Hanson added a 39 for the Rams (157), which also counted matching 40s from Zach Wichland and Alec Novak.
Grayslake North (181) was led by Lane Getka's 42.
Grant d. Wauconda: At Countryside Golf Club, 42s from Micah McClard and David Lokietko led Grant (171) to the Northern Lake County win.
Wauconda's Matt Szmajda was medalist with a 3-over-par 36.
Grant also got a 43 from Mason Hernden and a 44 from Nate Gladfelter.
