St. Charles releases easy-to-read annual financial report
St. Charles has posted its Popular Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ending April 30, 2023.
The report provides key financial information in a clear, nontechnical format. Its goal is to make the city's financial information easier to understand.
The PAFR is a streamlined version of the lengthier comprehensive annual financial report which provides detailed financial information required by the state. Both reports have consistently received certificates of achievement for excellence in financial reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association.
