Palatine District 15 foundation to host fun run May 20

The one-five Foundation, which supports programs and projects to enhance the education experience of Palatine Township Elementary School District students, will host a Family Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, May 20.

Check-in begins at 8 a.m., which the run starting at 9 a.m., at Winston Campus, 900 E. Palatine Road in Palatine.

The run is not a timed event, and participants can move through the 1.5-mile course at their own pace.

Registration is $5 for District 15 students, $15 for adults and non-students, and free for children under 4. Participants will receive an event T-shirt and a swag bag from sponsors.

Online registration at www.one-five.org closes May 15. Participants can register on the day of the event until 8:30 a.m.
