Gurnee library hosting free class on how to find bargains online

Warren Newport Public Library in Gurnee will teach people how to be an extreme bargain hunter on the internet at a free online session Thursday evening. At "Let's Make an E-Deal," those in attendance will learn about how to locate coupons and rebates for online and in-store purchases. The session will cover websites such as Camelcamelcamel, RetailMeNot, Honey, Ibotta, ShopSavvy, Google Shopping, PriceGrabber and Pronto, as well as auction sites such as eBay and Bonanza. The virtual session will run 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday on Zoom. Those interested in attending must register online at wnpl.info/events or by calling the library at (847) 244-5150.
