Affordable housing discussion planned April 12 in Aurora

"Housing 101: The Need for Affordable Housing In Our Communities," a panel discussion and information meeting, will explore Aurora-area housing options. It is from noon to 2 p.m. on April 12 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 14 N. May St. in Aurora. The public is invited. Admission and parking are free. A box lunch will be served. Wesley and the Association for Individual Development (AID) of Aurora are the co-sponsors.

Panelists scheduled are Lore Baker, AID president and CEO; Joe Jackson, executive director of Hesed House homeless shelter in Aurora; and Rick Guzman, executive director of The Neighbor Project in Aurora.
