District 207 board set to approve $1.1 million in roofing contracts

The Maine Township High School District 207 board will meet Monday to potentially hire two companies for more than $1.1 million in roofing work at Maine East and Maine West and to discuss other business.

A firm called Riddiford Roofing is set to get a $605,895 contract for roof coating at the Maine East field house, while Knickerbocker Roofing is in line for a $530,000 contract for roof coating at the Maine West natatorium.

The meeting is set for 5 p.m. at the district headquarters, 1177 S. Dee Road, Park Ridge.
