Q: What is the most serious issue your community will face in the coming years and how should the city council or village board respond to it?

A: We should concentrate to educate community members how to cooperate with the authority and how to seek help without fear, so voiceless have voice in the Muncipal Government. All community members, no matter who they are, what their gender is should be equally representated by the Muncipl Government. In democracy decisions are made by the people.

Q: How would you describe the state of your community's finances?

A: Financially most the mundelein community is doing well.

Q: What should be the three top priorities for spending in your community during the next four years?

A: Educate voiceless and encourage them to be a part of community. Environment Protection and space for wild life. The elected members must meet the community not a few 2 month before the election, but every week to find out the needs of all members of the community.

Q: Are there areas of spending that need to be curtailed? If so, what are they?

A: Yes, The elected member must think that the community just came out of Corona Pandemaic,stop expanding the bureaucracy, live in with in your means, hiring freeze, freeze on tax increase. Don't spend money just to get Federal money, Fedeal Government does not grow money on trees, it comes from taxing. Educate all muncipal employee to treat all people equally, so peole can live with some dignity, curtail expenses where you can

Q: What do you see as the most important infrastructure project the community must address? Why and how should it be paid for? Conversely, during these uncertain economic times, what project(s) can be put on the back burner?

A: Educate People, educate all Muncipal Government employees, real investmen is with the consent of people, don't force your decision on people. Educate Muncipal employee take common sense approach not dictate them. Freez on highiring, freeze on unnecessary development, repair the broken or sinked part of driveway extensiton which belong to Muncipal Government.

Q: Describe your experience working in a group setting to determine policy. What is your style in such a setting to reach agreement and manage local government? Explain how you think that will be effective in producing effective actions and decisions with your village board or city council.

A: As an IT Project Management Professional and Software developer, have opportunity to work in a Corporation environment to look at the intrest of Corporation, and effect of the project on all stakeholders, including Muncipal ordiance, state, and Federal Government laws. As elected President of Home Owner Association, and elected Board member of HOA be always in the side of Truth, and tell the truth to the people you are serving, don't make water muddy, let it settle, so truth is visible. Missue of power and authory is very common in all part of the Government and Government emmployees with some exceptions. Opportunist always try to find way to justify what they want not what is needed

Q: What makes you the best candidate for the job?

A: I am on the ballot not for me but for the voice of people, especially those who need to be heard. I am not a slogan person, I am an action oriented person. I will do what is right for the community. I have analytic skill, and Yogic Mind developed through Yoga education including Yoga Therapy, and many years of Yoga pracrice, I hold no grduge against any but, am not affraid to speak the truth. I don't do things just for sake of things, there must be rasons behind all actions. As a Village of Mundelein Trustee, I will meet the people and business entites on regular basis, educate myself will listen their concerns, and cost my yes or no vote accordingly. Looking at what is publically avaialable I see 99% agreement in the trustee Yes or No vote, it appear like collusion, thoughless, and rubber stemp Vote. I will agree when it is right disagree when it is not, I will keep ethic and ethic standards before mine.

Q: What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?

A: Govern with the consent of the community don't force your decision on the community.
