Arlington Heights group's Thanksgiving Storytelling Fest: The 1982 Tylenol murders

A suburban woman whose father, uncle and aunt were victims of the 1982 Tylenol murders will be a featured guest at a Thanksgiving storytelling event Friday.

Arlington Heights-based Microfinance Alliance Africa Projects Foundation will host "Thanksgiving Storytelling Fest 2022" at Campus Life Center, 150 S. Lageschulte St. in Barrington.

The event will feature storyteller and singer Wayne Messmer, recently retired award-winning Daily Herald columnist Burt Constable, former Daily Herald reporter and High School District 211 Director of Communications Erin Holmes, Daily Herald correspondent Eileen Daday and Kaisa Janus, whose father and relatives were among he seven victims of the 1982 Tylenol murders.

The program runs from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is $10.
