Three Elgin churches to help with free food distribution Saturday

The Northern Illinois Mobile Food Pantry will be in the St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church parking lot, 36W957 Highland Ave. in Elgin, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Volunteers from St. Hugh, St. James and Church of the Redeemer will pack and load free groceries into cars for anyone in need in Elgin and surrounding communities.

 

No ID or referrals are required, and food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
