Watch Ellman, Murray discuss issues in 21st Illinois Senate race

Democratic State Sen. Laura Ellman of Naperville and Republican challenger Kathleen Murray of Lombard take part in a Zoom interview with the Daily Herald about many of the issues in their race for the Illinois Senate from the 21st District.

The two were joined by candidates for the two Illinois House districts that are part of that Senate boundaries - in House District 41, incumbent Democrat Janet Yang Rohr and Republican Richard Janor, both of Naperville; and in House District 42, Democrat State Rep. Terra Costa Howard and Republican Stephanie Hood, both of Glen Ellyn.

The district takes in parts of Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Lisle, Lombard, Naperville, Villa Park, Warrenville and Wheaton.

The 70-minute interview was recorded on Sept. 13.
