Elgin church to host garage sale July 15-16
Journey of Hope Church in Elgin is hosting a garage sale July 15 and 16, with all proceeds going to support church missions and area community services.
Thousands of items for sale include antiques, collectibles, jewelry, furniture, household goods, tools, books and toys.
Sale hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, July 15, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at the church, 37W040 Highland Ave. Only cash payment will be accepted.
On Saturday, there will be a $5 Fill the Bag sale from noon to 2 p.m. The church will provide the bag.
