Learn about cybercrime at Maine Township program

Maine Township officials and the Cook County sheriff's office will host a program on computer crimes and safety on Thursday.

The session is set for 6 p.m. July 7 at township hall, 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge.

Types of cybercrimes will be discussed, as well as ways people can protect themselves and others. The event is free and open to the public. To register, call (847) 297-2510, ext. 251.
