Police are searching for two Zion men they say were involved in a March 6 shooting in the parking lot of a Wadsworth gas station.

Lake County sheriff's police said investigators are seeking Charles Brooks III, 41, of the 3600 block of 16th Street, and Carnell D. Taylor, 47, of the 2000 block of Joanna Avenue.

Arrest warrants have been issued for both men, Deputy Chief Christopher Covelli said.

Covelli said investigators believe the men shot at one or more people in a vehicle at the gas station on the 41400 block of North Green Bay Road. No one was injured.

Brooks III is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Taylor is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
