Waubonsee board votes to keep tuition flat for next school year
Updated 2/27/2022 5:21 PM
The Waubonsee Community College board has voted unanimously to keep the college's tuition rate steady for the 2022-23 academic year.
The current in-district tuition rate of $132 per credit hour will remain in effect through next year, as will the current student fee of $8 per credit hour.
Waubonsee's combined tuition and fees rate remains below the state average for Illinois community colleges.
Additionally, students at the Sugar Grove college can take advantage of long-standing efforts like the annual Waubonsee Foundation Scholarships and limited time federally funded Reach Higher Scholarship.
