Naperville council member Gustin running for DuPage County board
Naperville City Councilwoman Patty Gustin has announced she will run for the DuPage County Board seat representing District 5, where she has been a resident for 30 years.
The district includes parts of Naperville, Lisle, Aurora and Warrenville.
Gustin has been on the Naperville council for seven years and is part of the DuPage County Water Commission. She also has served as part of the DuPage Mayors and Manager Conference, was chairwoman of Naperville's planning and zoning commission and was a member of Lisle's zoning and plan boards.
Gustin is a Realtor-broker and has worked for the FDIC and the U.S. Department of Justice.
