The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual "Keys to Success" awards event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 3, at The Grand at Twin Lakes, 920 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine.

The seated dinner will honor local businesses, organizations and individuals who have demonstrated leadership and made significant contributions to the chamber and the larger community over the past year. There are more than 40 nominees.

"The Key to Success awards offer a wonderful opportunity for anyone, chamber member or not, to celebrate the efforts from businesses and individuals in our community that help make Palatine a thriving place to live, work and grow," said Deb Gabriel, "ambassador" for the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce. "This joyous event -- with live music, plated chef's dinner, and raffles -- celebrates what makes our community so special."

Tickets are $50 for chamber members and $60 for the general public. Registration is required by Nov. 30.

Sponsors also are being sought through Nov. 30. Most sponsorship opportunities include tickets and promotional benefits. In addition, businesses and organizations are invited to contribute raffle prizes to help promote local businesses.
