A Georgia man was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after police said he showed the handle of a firearm while in an argument Tuesday at a Bartlett business.

Jykarte V. Waiters-Moss, 28, of Tucker, Georgia, was arrested after officers were called to a business on Hecht Court about 5 p.m. to investigate a report of a person with a firearm, Bartlett police said.

The complainant alleged that Waiters-Moss had walked into the business and brandished what appeared to be the handle of a firearm during an argument, police said.

Officers located Waiters-Moss outside in the parking lot, where he was in possession of a loaded .40-caliber handgun without a valid Firearm Owner's Identification card or a Concealed Carry License, according to police.

Waiters-Moss bail was set at $15,000. He has a Nov. 22 court date in Wheaton.
