Here are recent incidents reported by the Glenview Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, not a finding of guilt.
Oct. 11
Domestic Battery: On 10/11/21 at 0457 hours Samuel Bova, 35, of Glenview, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery following the investigation of a dispute at 1503 Executive Lane. He was held for a bond hearing.
Stolen Vehicle: On 10/11/21 at 0704 hours a resident in the 800 block of Fairhope Avenue reported sometime between 10/10/21 at 2000 hours and 10/11/21 at 0700 hours someone stole their vehicle from the driveway.
Burglary: On 10/11/21 at 1036 hours a resident in the 2500 block of Glenview Road reported sometime between 10/6/21 and 10/9/21 several kitchen appliances were stolen from inside their detached garage. Reported loss is $5,870.
Oct. 12
Retail theft: On 10/12/21 at 1223 hours Matthew Struk, 33, of Glenview, was arrested and charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following the investigation of a theft at 2900 Patriot Boulevard. He was released on an I-bond with a court date of 11/30/21, Skokie Courthouse.
Oct. 14
Leaving the Scene of an Accident: On 10/14/21 at 1322 hours Denis Nelson, 45, of Niles, was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Driving on a Suspended License, and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle following the investigation of a traffic crash that occurred on 9/22/21 at 1001 Zenith Drive. He was released on an I-bond with a court date set for 11/12/21.
Domestic Battery: On 10/14/21 at 1321 hours Barry Pador, 71, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery following an investigation of a disturbance at 2001 Tower Drive. He was held for a bond hearing at the Skokie Courthouse.
Oct. 19
Retail Theft: On 10/19/21 at 1218 hours Raymond Jackson, 37, of Chicago, was arrested at the Cook County Jail and charged with Retail Theft following the investigation of an incident on 8/29/21 at 1900 Tower Drive. He was released on an I-bond and into the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections.
