Cornerstone Chinese Church in Villa Park is hosting an open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18.

The open house at 5 N. Princeton Ave. features a church building tour, a COVID-19 vaccine clinic, free food, plant swap, cooking demonstration, kids activities, Chinese calligraphy, and outdoor games/raffle.

The COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. is provided by the DuPage County Mobile Vaccination Care Van. It is a walk-up, mobile clinic traveling throughout the county to administer COVID-19 vaccines. The clinic is free and open to all people 12 years or older, including those who do not have health insurance or legal immigration status. The care van will offer either the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses 21 days apart, or the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
