Drop-in vaccines at Lake Villa library

There will be a COVID-19 vaccine drop-in clinic for adults and for kids 12 and older from noon to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Lake Villa District Library, 140 N. Munn Road, Lindenhurst. Vaccines available include Johnson & Johnson or the first dose of Pfizer. Appointments are not required; anyone younger than 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. Personal protective equipment will be available. The event is sponsored by the library and Lake County Health Department. Anyone over 2, regardless of vaccine status, must wear a face mask when visiting the library. Visit lvdl.org or call (847) 356-7711.
