Transportation town hall Thursday in Hanover Park

Federal and local elected officials will host an in-person town hall on regional infrastructure and public transportation Thursday in Hanover Park.

Panelists will include U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, who is attending virtually, Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison, Hanover Park Mayor and Metra Board Member Rodney Craig, Hoffman Estates Mayor and Pace Board Member Bill McLeod and Arlington Heights Trustee and Regional Transportation Authority Board Member Mary Beth Canty.

The town hall is at 6 p.m. in Room 214 of Hanover Park village hall, 2121 W. Lake St. Attendees are encouraged to register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/transportation-town-hall-registration-162480935853. Masks will be required for those who are not vaccinated.
