Kane County vaccination clinics

The Kane County Health Department will provide COVID vaccines at several community clinics this week and next.

Clinics are: July 9, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Larkin High School, 1475 Larkin Ave., Elgin. The second dose clinic will be July 30 (register at https://prism.smartmd.com/referral/onestep/5627/194); July 10, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Youth Fishing Derby, Jericho Lake Park, 39W365 Jericho Road, Aurora (register for the free fishing derby and shot at http://fishfoxvalley.eventbrite.com); July 11, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Champions Arena, 875 Aurora Ave., Aurora; July 14-18, 3 to 6 p.m., Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

All youths ages 12 to 17 receiving the Pfizer vaccine will receive two free tickets to Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, while tickets remain. Minors under the age of 18 must bring a signed Pfizer consent form by their parental guardian to receive the COVID vaccine. Download the form: http://ow.ly/Ku6650FqSD8
