Libraries host award-winning narrator Julia Whelan

Highland Park Public Library and Lake Villa District Library have partnered to bring award-winning narrator Julia Whelan to their communities on Monday, June 7.

The 7 p.m. program will be held virtually on Zoom. Registration is required. Visit www.hplibrary.org or www.lvdl.org.

 

Whelan has narrated more than 400 audiobooks and won numerous awards, including the 2019 Best Female Narrator for Tara Westover's "Educated." Audiofile magazine named her one of its Golden Voices of 2020. Recently she narrated The New York Times bestselling audiobook "The Four Winds," by Kristen Hannah.
