Hoffman Estates to host vaccination clinic Saturday

The village of Hoffman Estates, in partnership with Rana-Reagan Pharmacy, is hosting a vaccination clinic at village hall Saturday, April 24.

Registration is available to Illinois residents 16 and older, but those ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The clinic will administer the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Second-dose appointments will be on Sunday, May 16, at the same time and place as the first dose. Please do not register if you are not available on both dates.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are required, and walk-up registration is not available.

Those with appointments are asked to wear a short-sleeved shirt and arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before scheduled. They should bring a completed consent form, copy of a prescription insurance card and Medicare or Medicaid card, if applicable. Insurance is not required.

Masks will be required at all times, and social distancing will be observed.
