Public hearings on marijuana businesses
The Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals will host virtual public hearings regarding adult-use marijuana businesses operating in the unincorporated area at 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 19 and 1 p.m. and Wednesday, April 21. The ZBA is seeking public input as it considers proposed zoning amendments that would permit recreational-use marijuana businesses in unincorporated Lake County subject to certain restrictions. The public hearings will be conducted by video/audio conference on Zoom, beginning with a presentation followed by public comment and ZBA member discussion.
