COVID-19 tests at District 21 administration building
Wheeling Township Elementary District 21 has opened a COVID-19 testing site at its district administration building in Wheeling.
In partnership with NorthShore Clinical Labs, the nasal swab PCR tests are offered by appointment for free to anyone in the community.
Appointments, which can be made by calling (773) 570-6510, are within hourlong windows between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Individuals should bring a state-issued ID, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There is no out-of-pocket cost and no co-pay, and insurance coverage is not required.
The administration building, at 999 W. Dundee Road, is attached to the east side of London Middle School. Enter Door 2 to the left, around the corner from the main entrance.
