Helen Plum Library in Lombard to host virtual chat with Prey series author

Author John Sandford will appear in a virtual fireside chat with more than 70 libraries across the country. Locally, the Helen Plum Library in Lombard will sponsor the best-selling novelist to discuss his latest book, "Ocean Prey," at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 14. The event is free, but registration is required at helenplum.org.

Signed copies of the book are available through Anderson's Bookshop locations starting Tuesday, April 13.
