Naperville parish hosts gift card drive for families in need

Instead of its usual "parish giving tree," this year Ss. Peter and Paul is adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic with a holiday gift card drive.

This year, the parish will deliver donated gift cards to families with children who have special needs, families in a transitional housing and mentoring program, and families in need through the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

The parish is requesting only Target, Walmart, Jewel, Aldi, or gas cards. Christmas gifts will not be accepted.

To contribute, mail gift cards to the parish office at 36 N. Ellsworth Street, Naperville, IL 60540, or drop the gift cards in a sealed envelope in the mail chute to the right of the entrance to the ministry center. Mark the envelope with the words "giving tree" whether mailed or dropped in the chute.
