Four candidates for two Illinois House seats from the Northwest suburbs debated issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the proposed graduated income taxduring a Zoom interview with a member of the Daily Herald Editorial Board.
Making the case for their candidacies in an hourlong discussion of a variety of topics were Democratic incumbents Michelle Mussman of Schaumburg and Diane Pappas of Itasca, and their Republican opponents, Schaumburg Township Highway Commissioner Scott Kegarise and Bartlett insurance agent Seth Lewis.
