Learn about flood risks in Lake County on Zoom

Lake County residents can learn more flood risks and potential impact on their property at virtual open houses being held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, and Wednesday, Sept. 23. The sessions are hosted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Residents can locate their property on the new flood insurance maps and talk to members of the FEMA project team, flood insurance professionals and state officials about what their homes' placement on the new maps means and available programs. There will be no formal presentation.
