Is the tax just right, too low or too high? Explain.There is a divide in this village wherein some residents are paying a higher property tax than necessary, while others are taxed a fair amount.Rate the efficiency of your town's police and fire coverage. Are the departments well prepared for the next decade? What, if anything, should be changed? Do you have specific public safety concerns?Our public safety coverage is currently efficient, but safety is an ongoing, evolving battle. It is crucial we continue to adapt to the changing needs of residential safety.Where, if anywhere, could the current budget be trimmed, and conversely, are there areas the budget does not give enough money to?When bidding on services, we need to be diligent about receiving multiple quotes and doing adequate research in order to make an informed decision based on the village needs and priorities.What is one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?I would like to increase awareness and promote growth in different clubs, organizations and activities that take place within the village to provide a deeper sense of community.What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?There is a need to embrace the small town charm of Wayne and preserve the heritage of the village. It is crucial to provide protection and safety to all residents.
