Cement truck rolls over on I-88

The driver of a cement truck who lost control due to a blown tire while driving east on Interstate 88 on Thursday suffered minor injuries.

The crash into the wall happened just before 1 p.m. near Naperville Road in Lisle.

State police Master Sgt. Kevin McGrenera said the driver was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.

The two right lanes were closed for about three hours, reopening at 4:05 p.m.
