Outdoor drink sales allowed in unincorporated Lake

Bars and restaurants with liquor licenses in unincorporated areas of Lake County can temporarily serve alcoholic drinks to patrons outdoors, county officials have decided.

The policy change was enacted because of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Bars and restaurants must continue to follow state guidelines.

The change doesn't apply to bars and restaurants within municipal boundaries.
